Hillcrest Care Home is managed by highly qualified and committed staff who have many years of experience of both the public and private sectors, all of whom have specific experience of supporting people with learning difficulties within the home and community. All staff within Hillcrest Care Homes will be CRB and POVA checked before supporting residents.
Staffing Levels
The staffing levels at Hillcrest Care Home will be as follows: Weekdays, Monday to Friday.
Daytime
Two support workers 8am until 4pm
One support worker 9am until 5pm
Evening
Two support workers 4pm until 10pm
Sleep–in
One member of staff will sleep-in 7 days a week. Wake in staff will be provided if necessary.
Weekends
Two support workers 9am until 4pm
Two support workers 4pm until 10pm
Bank Staff
We also provide bank staff when needed.
Hillcrest Care Homes is a well supported home. The home manager and assistant manager will be employed full time and they will be supported by the responsible individual.
All staff within Hillcrest Care Homes will be DBS checked before supporting service-users.
